Miley has to undergo a throat surgery when she badly wants to sing the blues. There is one humorous scene where Miley shares her apprehensions about the surgery with her dad, and Dad replies, saying that he knows the sun’s gonna come up tomorrow; Uncle Earl’s never gonna be an underwear model, and her voice will be just fine.
