Personal Life-  He is an American actor from mixed descent. Hs father is an Iranian and Mother is Colombian. He has one brother Mateo Arias who worked along with him In Hannah Montana. He is good friend of co-star Jake T. Austin of the movie, The Perfect game.

Career Credits- Moises started his career at the age of eleven in 2005. he made guest appearances in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, and One Missed Call. Then he appeared as recurring character Rico in Hannah Montana show on Disney Channel. He was in second Disney Channel Games, and also worked in music videos for Pearl Jam, Jonas Brothers and Parmalee. In 2006 he worked in the movie Jack Black.

Rico’s role- Arias is playing the character of an evil boy. He is the son of a billionaire and Jackson works in Rico’s father’s restaurant. Leg pulling goes on between Jackson and Rico. He also likes Hannah and most of the times blackmail her and offers bribe to make her do his jobs. On the very first day of Hannah in high school, he threatens her to reveal her secret and makes her to pretend as his girl friend throughout the day. Through out the series he tries to demean Jackson in front of girls.
