Personal Life- She is an American actress, song writer and singer. She is daughter of Leticia “Tish” and a Country singer Bill Ray Cyrus. She was named Destiny Hope because her parents thought that she will achieve something big in her life and they were true. Her nick name is Miley because of her ever smiling face since childhood.

Most of the co-stars she has worked with in Hannah Montana and The Suite Life of Zack and Cody are her close friends. She changed her name officially to Miley Ray Cyrus on May 1, 2008, including her father’s name in her’s. In 2007 she did a large scale charity for City of Hope, a cancer research center by giving $1 from per ticket sold of her concert.

Career credits- She began her career at the age of nine, when her family lived in Toronto, Canada for a short while. She acted in her father’s TV series, Doc as Kylie in 2003. Then she worked in Big Fish as young Ruthie. Then she appeared in a music video If Heartaches Have Wings and in Colgate Country Showdown with her father, who was host of the show. Then she debuted her super hit role as Hannah Montana in 2006 and never turned back. She became a teen sensation with this show. Her music videos and concerts rocked the world. In 2007 she also worked in the movie The High School Musical-2. Besides this she has made short appearances in several TV shows.

In Miley’s Role- she created a sensation after playing role of Miley Stuart who is a rock star too and the tough life of a Star is depicted in this show who wants to hide her celebrity identity from public and wants to lead a normal life along with pursuing her bright career as star. The thing is shown in very funny way. She had become the role model for youngsters with this show, as she follows every instruction of her father despite being a big star.
