Personal Life- Emily is a child actress, singer and song writer. She belongs to a celebrity family. Her father Eugene Osment is an actor, mother is a teacher and her older brother Haley Joel Osment is an Academy Award nominated actor. She is very close friend to co-star Miley Cyrus. Along with acting she is doing a lot of social work. Recently she signed Cosmo girl for President Shirts for online auction for charity. She also designed Tea Shirts for 2lovecollection.com which gives a share to Make A Wish Foundation and St. Jude Research Hospital.

Career Credits- she started her career in 1998 with Modeling for commercials. Then she got her first break into acting with guest roles at 3^rd Rock from the Sun and Cast and Crew. She also worked in movies ‘Secret Life of Girls’ and ‘Sarah, Plain and Tall: Winter’s End’ in the same year. She got her big break in 2000 in Spy Kids Trilogy and got many nominations and awards for this performance. From that time she is continuously working in the good projects. Finally she got her role as Lilly in Hannah Montana show. This made her popular and added a range of awards and nominations into her profile.

Lily’s Role- Osment is playing Miley’s best friend in Hannah Montana show. In real life too they are good friends as she learnt playing guitar from her and taught her knitting.
