Personal Life- Billy is son of Ron Cyrus, a politician. He has got married twice. For the first time he married Cindy Smith a song writer in 1986. They had three children and then in 1992, he got married with Leticia “Tish” Finley and he has three children from her as well. There were also reports that Miley is also a child from his first marriage.

Career Credits- He started his music career in 1992 with hit music album ‘Some gave All’ in Los Angeles and the hit number was ‘Achy Breaky Heart’. He came in 1993 with ‘It Won’t be the Last’ with five hit numbers. Then until 2006 he given average hits, but in 2007 he came with ‘Home At Last’ and due to his role in Hannah Montana and ‘Dancing With the Stars’, the album won several hearts.

On the other hand in his acting career, he made first appearance in film radical jack in 1999. In 2001 he played lead role in comedy drama Doc. In 2005 he added one more gem to his career by working in Annie get your gun. He also appeared in ‘Degarssi’ and ‘The Nanny’. After that he became integral part of Hannah Montana show and Hannah’s concerts.

Robby Ray’s Role- He is playing Miley Stuart’s father Robby Stuart in Hannah Montana show. He is caring father of two kids Miley and Jackson. He is acting as both mother and father for the kids, and also acts as Hannah’s Secretary when she is performing for Stage Shows. He protects and guides her in every personal and professional matters, though sometimes gives her liberty to solve her problems at her own so that she could understand the real teenager’s life. He remains frustrated due to careless nature of Jackson.

Upcoming Projects- he is playing the same role in Hannah Montana movie set to be released in 2009.
